Our service department 'Poolside assist' offers four types of valet program. From on-site water analysis to a fully inclusive valet and chemicals services.

Our valet team service everything from school pools to plunge pools so no job too big or small. 

We can offer the following services to the whole of the North Shore City area, Dairy Flat, Coatesville, West Harbour, and Hobsonville. Valets over 10km from the shop will be charged mileage.

Valet programmes - From test and balance to all inclusive full valet's we have a programme that will fit your needs. See plans opposite.

Greenpool treatments  - We guarentee we can clean any pool no matter how bad and we offer a maximum capped amount for green pool treatments no matter how many visits and chemicals.

One off valet and 'on holiday' valet  - No job is too small. We will taylor these visits to your requirements. From just making sure there is enough water in the pool to full valet treatments.

Pool Partner
$20 + chemicals added
Frequency - Monthly or fortnightly

Pool Partner is a no fuss way for you to maintain your pool and water quality, and use Poolside as a mobile shop. We charge for the visit plus any chemicals supplied.

The 'No Vac Valet'
$30 + Chemicals
frequency - Monthly or Fortnightly

The No Vac Valet is ideal for those with auto cleaners that do a great job. We will Test and balance the pool, clear basckets, backwash and check over the system. We charge for each visit plus any chemicals supplied.

Pool Care Plus
$57 + Chemicals added - Fortnightly
$67 + Chemicals added - Monthly
price for pools under 120,000L

Pool Care Plus involves a full valet and water analysis. We add the required chemicals check the system and leave a full report.

$69 all inclusive - Weekly <60,000L
$98 all inclusive - Fortnightly <60,000L
$POA for larger pools

Ultra Care is a full valet with water testing and chemicals added and is designed for those who want no fluctuation in the price per visit.
Price includes balance chemicals, chlorine and algaecides.
